This is the only common and mostly repeatable portion of all the recipes here. It is pretty straightforward.
Ingredients
- 8 eggs
- Approximately 1 cup of half and half
That’s it. I usually crack the eggs the night before in a minimum 2 cup container, yolks and all. To make these recipes work, you need to have about 7-8 cups of filling to properly fill the pie pans, so you might have to add an egg or a little half and half.
